All sports bets placed on ck555 are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. Bets placed on palpably incorrect odds will be voided and the stake returned, regardless of the outcome of the event.
ck555 monitors all sports betting activity for patterns indicative of match fixing, insider information, or coordinated suspicious betting. ck555 reserves the right to suspend, investigate, and void any bets where there are reasonable grounds to suspect such activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck555 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
ck555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, any regulatory requirement, or any other legitimate operational reason.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified by email to their registered address and will be provided with an opportunity to respond to the grounds for suspension within a reasonable timeframe.
